Prominent Group or its affiliates shall in no event be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or damages resulting from business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the content on Prominent Group’s website, even if Prominent Group or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages.
